Your travel designer
One travel designer, from first question to flight home
Your travel designer is your main contact at every step. On the trip, your driver-guide and our trip support team work with your travel designer.
In writing before you pay
- Company name and licence number (same as your contract)
- Who receives your money and how
- Full group price: what is included and what is not
- Day-by-day plan with walking, altitude and hotels
- Local food to try and any dietary needs
- Cancellation table

A group chat just for your trip
For the trip we set up a WeChat or WhatsApp group. Your travel designer runs it, and everyone looking after you along the way is in it. If your guide changes, we tell you beforehand who it is, why, and their number.

We match you with the travel designer who fits your trip best. Your travel designer stays with you from first question to flight home.
