I’m Vance Huang, founder of Uncle Panda Travel. Before this, I spent years arranging China trips for overseas visitors, more than 7,000 people in all, and I kept hearing the same worries: is this company real, who am I actually paying, and can my parents manage the walking?
So Uncle Panda is built on one idea: you should be able to check everything before you pay. Our licence, how payment works, and each day’s walking and altitude are written down up front, so you know exactly what you’re getting. On the trip, your guide will take you to try the local food.
I do not lead every trip myself. What I promise is that every trip has one travel designer responsible from start to finish, and I personally read every complaint.
