# Trips we have planned, and what we changed for each group

Written accounts of private China trips we have designed, each shared with the travellers' written permission. The plan is only half of it — what matters is what we changed on the ground, and why.

## What you will find in each story

Every story shows the shape of the trip (dates, length, who travelled) and the honest notes behind it: how early the mornings really were, how altitude was handled, where the driver stopped, and what we altered once we knew the group.

## How to use these stories

- Find the group closest to yours — family with older parents, or a couple chasing light — and read what we changed for them.
- Tell your travel designer which parts you want kept, and which you would rather skip; the same route can be rebuilt for your own pace.
- Ask for a written itinerary and quote before you commit, so every change is on paper.
