If not, do not pay, and tell us. Chinese government sites can be slow from abroad. If a site will not open, ask us for a stamped scan of each document. ## Who receives your money Always the company named on your contract. Never a personal account. ### We will never - Ask you to pay into a personal bank account or a personal e-wallet - Ask for your full card number on WhatsApp - Ask for a deposit before you have a written plan and contract ### When you pay 1. **Free plan & quote** — Change it until it fits. You pay nothing. 2. **30% deposit** — Only after you approve the written plan and sign the contract. 3. **Balance** — 30 days before arrival. Booking later? Each trip page lists the exact figures for that trip's length. Train and flight tickets we bought for you follow the carrier's own rules. This exact table is printed in your contract.
